Shipping & Returns
Phocea Surf ships to Australia and internationally.
FREE standard shipping on all orders to Australia and a FLAT $10 AUD shipping charge on all orders to international countries. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Phocea Surf uses Australia Post to deliver all orders to Australia and DHL for international orders. All goods purchased on Phocea Surf will be dispatched within 1-3 working days and will receive a tracking number sent upon dispatch to the order email address.
Incorrect address/redelivery terms
Once distributed, addresses cannot be changed. You will be required to pay for your item to be redelivered, we will not cancel and refund your order. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item is returned to us, you will be required to pay for re-delivery. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notifications left.
For change of mind or incorrect choice on all full price items we will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. A limit of 1 exchange per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by a Phocea Surf Representative
In order to issue a refund or exchange the following requirements must be met:
- Goods are unworn
- Goods are unwashed
- Goods are in original saleable condition with tags and inside original packaging
- Please make sure that the garment is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.
Sale items or items with a discount code applied are non-refundable although we gladly provide an exchange or credit note.
To return an item please mail your Phocea Surf wetsuit back to us at the address below, including your name, order number and contact details (phone, email, postal address) inside the parcel so we know it is yours.

Do I have to pay to return the item/s to you?
Please note you are responsible for all costs (including shipping) associated with sending the item/s you wish to exchange back to our warehouse unless return is due to a mistake on our behalf or by fault of manufacturer. Phocea Surf does not accept responsibility of customer sent return or exchange packages; so it is advised that when shipping returns or exchanges customers should select a service that provides tracking.
How long is my store credit valid for?
For all garments purchased on sale or using a promotional code you will be issued with a store credit valid for 12 months only from the original purchase date.
I have received a faulty item, what do I do?
Phocea Surf is passionate about ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment please contact us as quickly as possible as we can assist. For faulty items we will gladly provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. While your wetsuit is made to last we are not liable for general wear and tear. We use high quality Neoprene and Nylon however, please use caution around rough surfaces and be mindful of prolonged exposure to chlorine and products such as lotions and sunscreen. We recommend cold hand washing separately and rinse well after use.

We’ll be in touch when we receive your garment and will arrange to have another sent to you or organize a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns.
Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment within 5 business days of Phocea Surf receiving the return parcel. Notification will be sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Phocea Surf cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
My returns have been rejected. why?
Phocea Surf carries strict return requirements in the interests of other customers as well as hygiene. Your return could be rejected for the following reasons:
- You contacted us for a returns outside the 14-day return period.
- The item was returned either without original tags and packaging are missing.
- The item is damaged and/or marked
We will only accept returns on wetsuits which are in a re-sellable condition so please be aware when packing the return items. Should your returns be rejected we will discuss the reasons with you via email and return the original item to you once you have paid for return postage.
